When we try to make sense of the senseless we either blame others and get angry, or blame ourselves and shutdown, or even do both. We stuff the feelings away and don’t think about it because honestly if “I let my feelings and shit affect me that means I’m weak right? Fuck that, I’m not weak,” you say. Problem is after decades of stuffing you may find that memories and feelings pop up and they become more difficult to ignore. Or you make stupid ass decisions and your life starts crumbling before your eyes.
